Last will and Testament
of Robert Walsh
of St. John's Farmer Deceased.

This is the last Will and testament of me Robert Walsh residing on the Topsail Rd. leading from St. John's, Newfoundland, Farmer. I devise and bequeath all that farm containing thirty acres of land (more or less) and all erections whatsoever thereon situate on the Topsail Rd. together with all the real and personal estate to which I shall or may be entitled at the time of my decease unto my wife, Catherine Walsh, absolutely but as to estates ??? in me upon trust or by way of Mo??? ??? trusts and equities affecting the same respectively. And I appoint my said wife sole executrix of this my last will and testament. This revoking all other testamentary writings. In witness whereof I have hereunder set my hand and seal this twelfth day of June A.D. 1886 Robert his x mark Walsh (LS) Signed by the said testator Robert Walsh as and for his last will and testament, in the presence of us who at his request have subscribed our names as attesting witnesses
