RICHARD WALSH.

This is the last will and testament of me, Richard Walsh of Cape Broyle in the district of Ferryland. I appoint my adopted son Michael Power or Walsh my executor. I give devise and bequeath to my wife Mary Walsh all my property including house land furniture stock etc for her sole use and benefit for her life time, after her death my adopted son Michael Power or Walsh will inherit all I have left to her.
I give devise and bequeath to Peter Walsh my nephew that piece or parcel of land between his house and the Public Road. To my nephew John Walsh I bequeath that piece or parcel of land on the back road bounded by Peters on one side & and on the other by back road.
In witness whereof I the said Richard Walsh have on this twenty-first day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand nineteen hundred and twenty two, set my name.

Signed by the testator and acknowledge by him to be his last will and testament in the presence of us, present at the same time who in each others presence & and presence of him have affixed our names as witnesses.
