Will of Michael Walsh In re This is the last will and Testament
of me Michael Walsh of Mount Scio near St. John’s in the Island of
Newfoundland Farmer I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Alice
Walsh all property of every description both real and personal of which
I may die possessed during her lifetime and as long as she remains a widow.
Upon the death or remarriage of my said wife it is my will and desire that
two acres of the western portion of my farm situate on the west side of
the Old Portugal Road shall become the property of my daughter Elizabeth and the remainder of the said farm including the dwelling house and all
erections thereon shall go to my son John and the balance
of my estate shall be divided between my said son and daughter share and share
alike. Certified correct, (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
