JOHANNA WALSH.

This is the last will and testament of me, Johanna Walsh, of the Goulds in the district of Ferryland, widow.

I give devise and bequeath to my son John Walsh all that portion of the land at present occupied by me, which portion lies situate between the road known as the Cross Car Road and the road known as the Back Line Road, to be his absolutely.

I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Nellie the residue of my farm lands that is to say the portion thereof which lies situate between the said Cross Car Road and the Bay Bulls Road, on which portion is situate my dwelling house and outhouses.

I give devise and bequeath all other property of every kind and description of which I may die possessed to my said daughter Nellie to be hers absolutely and I appoint my said daughter Nellie to be the executrix of this my will.

In witness whereof I, the said Johnanna Walsh have to this my will set my hand this fourteenth day of October A.D. 1921.

SIGNED PUBLISHED and DECLARED by the said testatrix in the presence of us present at the same time, who in her presence and at her request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses. The said will having first been read over and explained to the said testatrix, who appeared perfectly to understand the same, and who signed the same by making her mark thereto in our presence.
