Will of George Walsh, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 200 probate year 1930

IN RE.                DECEASED

GEORGE WALSH

This is the last will and testament of me, George Walsh, of the Portugal Cove Road, St John's East, Farmer.
I revoke all former wills by me at any time made and I appoint my wife Bridget the executrix of this my will.
I direct that my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be first paid out of my estate.
I give, devise and bequeath to my nephew Michael Walsh my land comprised in the following boundaries, extending from the Little Bridge, to the Pigs House, to the Turnip Garden, and then to the end of the lane, which said piece adjoins land already in possession of my said nephew Michael Walsh to be his absolutely.
I give devise and bequeath all other property of whatsoever kind I did may die possessed to my said wife Bridget.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand at St John's this 25th day of June Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and thirty.

Signed Published and declared by the testator as for his last will and testament in presence of us both being present at the same time who at his request and in his presence have hereunto signed our names as witnesses attesting the due execution hereof, the same have been first read over and explained to the testator who appeared fully to understand the same and who signed the same by making his mark thereto in our presence.
