Will of Francis Richard Walsh from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 528-529 probate year 1891 Last will and Testament I Francis Richard Walsh of Little Bay Notre Dame Bay Newfoundland do make this my last will and Testament. First It is my will that my just debts and all charges be paid out of my estate. Item. It is my will that the sum of two hundred dollars out of my estate be placed in the savings Bank of Newfoundland in the name of my son Francis Richard Walsh same to be left on deposit in said bank with compound interest till the said Francis Richard Walsh attaining the age of twenty one years when he claims the full benefits of the same. Item. It is my will that in the event of the demise of my son the said Francis Richard Walsh the aforementioned before attaining the age of twenty one years the said sum of two hundred dollars with the compound interest to the time of such demise do revert to my wife Catherine Walsh for her own use and will. Item I give and devise all the residue of my estate to Catherine Walsh my wife to be to her and her heirs for ever. Item. I appoint and make the said Catherine Walsh executrix of this my last will and testament Signed and sealed this 30th day of June A.D. 1890 F. R. Walsh (L.S.)
