Last Will and Testament of
Edward Walsh of Old Placentia Road St. John's
Farmer deceased.

      This is the last will and Testament of me Edward Walsh of Old Placentia Road in the Island of Newfoundland, Farmer, made this third day of September A.D. 1895 I give devise and bequeath unto my son John all the property of every description whatsoever of which I shall die possessed including lands dwellings farm stock and furniture To have and to hold the said property to him the said John Walsh for ever. I appoint my said son executor of this my will. In testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name at St. John's aforesaid on the Old Placentia Road the day and year first above written. Sgd Edward his x mark Walsh. Signed by the said testator as & for his last will and Testament in our presence and in the presence of each other have signed our names as witnesses having been first read over & explained. (Sgd) E. Codicil

This is a codicil to the last will of me Edward Walsh made this third day of September A.D. 1895. The property left to my son John under the said will is left on the condition that during the lifetime of my wife he shall support and maintain her and the property is left to my son on this condition (sgd) Edward his x mark Walsh.
