Catherine Walsh.
This is the Last Will and Testament of me Catherine Walsh, of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland, Widow.
I revoke all wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me.
I appoint Cyril J. Cahill of St John's aforesaid, Solicitor, my sole Executor and Trustee.
I will and direct that my said Executor shall first pay out of my general estate all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses.
I give and bequeath to my son Mark all monies on deposit in my name at the Royal Bank of Canada, St. John's.
I give and bequeath my piano to my son Francis.
I give and bequeath the land and building No 16 Water Street West at present occupied by me, together with all the household furniture and effects contained therein, to my two sons Francis and Mark in equal shares. Should there be any dispute between my two sons regarding the division of my household furniture and effects, then same shall be divided and apportioned by my said Executor and Trustee, and his apportionment and division shall be accepted as final.
All monies on deposit in my name in the Bank of Montreal, St. John's shall be used by my said Executor and Trustee for the purpose of having Masses celebrated for the repose of the souls of myself and my family.
It is my wish and desire that my two sons shall give to each of my two sisters some few pieces of furniture as a token of remembrance of me.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate I give and bequeath to my two sons Francis and Mark in equal shares.
With reference to monies invested by me on mortgage I will and direct that my said Executor and Trustee shall have full discretion as to the time when and the manner in which said investments shall be realised and paid over to my said sons.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand at St. John's aforesaid this Fifteenth day of December A.D. 1930.
