Will of Anastatia Walsh In re THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me, Anastatia Walsh, of St. John’s
in the Island of Newfoundland, Widow, I revoke all former wills by me
at any time made and I appoint my son John Walsh, the Executor of this
my will. I give and bequeath that portion of my fee simple property on
Quidi Vidi Road on which is built the house in which I now live, together
with the said house and the land around it and the furniture therein
to my daughter Elizabeth Foley for her own use absolutely.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John’s aforesaid, this twenty-second day of September, A.D. 1919.
Signed, Published and Declared by the Testatrix as and for her last will and testament in presence of us (both being present at the same time) who at her request and in her presence have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses (the said will having been first read over and explained to the said testatrix who appeared perfectly to understand the same by making her mark thereto in our presence).
