Last will and Testament
of Matthew Wadman
of Harbor Le Cou Fisherman Deceased.

This is the last will and testament of Matthew Wadman of Harbor Le Cou Newfoundland. I hereby give and bequeath the sum of two hundred dollars to my four children & sister as follows - To my daughter Rosanna the sum of one hundred and twenty dollars. To my daughter Dinah Wills the sum of twelve dollars. To my daughter Elizabeth Clinch the sum of twelve dollars. To my daughter Sarah Wadman the sum of twelve dollars. To my sister Mary Touch the sum of twelve dollars. If any remaining after my death be also paid to my daughter Rosanna; and I hereby appoint James Rideout sole executor of this my will - In witness I have hereunto set my hand twenty fourth day April one thousand eight hundred and eighty nine Matthew his x mark Wadman (L.S.)
