This is the last will and testament of me James Waddleton Senr of Trepassey in the District of Placentia & St. Mary's Nfld. I James Waddleton Senr do hereby declare this to be my last will and testament. I devise and bequeath all my property both real and personal of whatever nature and kind and wherever situate any property to which I may hereafter become entitled to my beloved wife Mary and I appoint her sole executrix In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand to this my will - This fifth day of May A.D. 1889.
