In re
      GEORGE JOSEPH WADDLETON.     DECEASED.

Last Will and Testament of George Joseph Waddleton.

I, George Joseph Waddleton, in the presence of the undersigned witnesses do hereby bequeath to my wife Mary Waddleton all my money, property and personal effects.

      After the death of my wife, Mary Waddleton the house now occupied by me and situated on Balsom St, becomes the property of my sister Theresa Buckley, or her heirs.
