In re
MARGARET WADDEN.
DECEASED.
This is the last will and testament of me, Margaret Wadden, made at St John's
by me on this the eighth day of July A.D. 1922.
I hereby revoke
all former wills made by me. I bequeath to my daughter, Alice Gertrude
Murphy my dwelling house situate on Power St. St. John's and known as Number
51.
I also bequeath to my said daughter Alice Gertrude Murphy all
my household furniture and effects in and upon my said dwelling house No 51
Power Street.
I bequeath to my daughter Mary Agnes Harrington eighty
three shares of my holdings in the American Mineral Production Company as described
in my certificates number 5832 and 2650 respectively and also eight shares
of the Avalon Telephone Company Limited and eight shares in the United Towns
Electric Company Limited
I hereby appoint my daughter Alice Gertrude
Murphy executrix of this my will.
MARGARET X WADDEN.
Signed by the testatrix as and for her last will and testament, by making her
mark, it having been first read over and explained to her, in presence of us
who in her presence and in the presence of each other hereunto subscribed our
names as witnesses.
