Will of James Joseph Wadden from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 497 probate year 1929 In re DECEASED. This is the last will and testament of me, James Joseph Wadden of St. John's
in the island of Newfoundland, shoemaker, and I hereby revoke all former wills
and testamentary writings. I hereby appoint my brother John Wadden of St. John's
and William Geary of St. John's Cooper to be the executors of this my will. JAMES JOSEPH WADDEN. Signed by the said testator as and for his last will in the presence of us,
both being present at the same time, who at his request, in his presence, and
in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses. CORRECT (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
