Will of Arthur Vivian In re This is the last Will and Testament of me Arthur Vivian of Shambler’s Cove, in the Dominion of Newfoundland, made this 7th day of June, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty four, 1924. I hereby revoke all Wills made by me at any time heretofore. I appoint my son Arthur J. Vivian, of Shambler’s Cove, to be my executor of this my last Will and Testament, and direct that all my debts and funeral expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
After the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses I direct that the balance be equally divided between my four sons, namely: Naboth, Alexander W., Henry, and Arthur John Vivian, share and share alike. ARTHUR VIVIAN. Signed by the said Testator Arthur Vivian in the presence of us, present at the same time, who at his request in his presence, and in the presence of each other, have subscribed our names as witnesses.
