Will of Francis Viguers from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 558 probate year 1929 In re DECEASED. The Last will and testament of F. H. Viguers of the town of St. John's Newfoundland, Baker. In the name of the Father
and of the son and of the Holy Ghost Amen. To my daughter Mary Margret
(Minnie)
I do give and bequeath all that piece or parcel of land situate on the West
side of Kings Road and bounded as follows on the east by Kings Road measuring
thereby twenty and one half feet on the south by land of one O'Reily and measuring
thereby forty feet on the north by Fitzgeralds land and measuring thereby forty
feet on the west by land least from the Archbishop of St. John's and measuring
thereby twenty and one half feet together with the house built thereon also
all the furniture chattles and effects contained therein. To have and to hold
the same for her sole use and maintenance while she lives I also give to her
my leasehold interest in and to that piece or parcel of land leased from the
Archbishop and fronting on Gower Street and measuring twelve feet on the street
line. Made at St. John's this twelfth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ten. Signed
