from Newfoundland will books volume 6 page 314 probate year 1896

Last Will and Testament of
Thomas Tyrrell of North River N.D.
Planter deceased.

      In the name of God Amen I Thomas Tyrrell of North River declare this to be my last will and Testament I give and bequeath unto my sister Mary Lawless of North River aforesaid all my worldly goods to wit: the Schooner Volunteer and any and all amounts to my credit in the Union Bank at St. John's Newfoundland. I order the Schooner to be sold and out of the purchase money will be paid the amount due Edward Kennedy for salt.

Memo of amounts due me:

Joseph Corbett owes me twenty five dollars $25.00 on account of boat.
James Corbett owes me eight dollars $8.00
