Will of Thomas Tyrrell Last Will and Testament of In the name of God Amen I Thomas Tyrrell of North River declare this to be my last will and Testament I give and bequeath unto my sister Mary Lawless of North River aforesaid all my worldly goods to wit: the Schooner Volunteer and any and all amounts to my credit in the Union Bank at St. John's Newfoundland. I order the Schooner to be sold and out of the purchase money will be paid the amount due Edward Kennedy for salt. Memo of amounts due me:
I hereby appoint Robert Kehoe of North River Executor of this my last will and Testament. (Sgd) Thomas Tyrrell. Signed at Indian Harbor Labrador this twenty seventh day of Aug 1895 in presence of us witnesses. (Sgd) Frederick William Willesay (sgd) P. W. Browne P. C.C. I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of Thomas Tyrrell deceased Registrar (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
