GEORGE E. TURNER. DECEASED.
THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me George
E. Turner of St. John's, Civil Servant.
(1) I revoke all Wills heretofore by me made.
(2) I give, devise and bequeath everything, whether real, personal or
chattels real, of which I am possessed or entitled to, to my wife Katherine
B. Turner, and I appoint her the sole Executrix of this my last Will
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto subscribed my
hand at St. John's aforesaid this seventh day of January A.D. 1926.
SIGNED, PUBLISHED and DECLARED by
the Testator as and for his last Will and testament in the presence of
us who in his presence and in the presence of each other and at his request
have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
