Jacob Tucker.

This is the Last Will and Testament of me, Jacob Tucker, of St. Philips in the electoral District of St. John's West Farmer, deceased.
I appoint Charles R. Belbin of St Philips, school teacher, Executor of this my will.
I direct that all my debts funeral and testamentary expenses be paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
To my two sons Richard and James Alfred Tucker, I give devise and bequeath that portion of my property known as "the Dock" immediately to the south of a small brook to be divided between them in equal proportions.
To my youngest son Jacob Tucker I give devise and bequeath all the property now in my possession including the dwelling house, barn and other outhouses thereon.
I direct that my wife Fanny be permitted to stay in my dwelling house as long as she is agreeable to stay and that my son Jacob shall provide decent living for her during the term of her natural life.

The testator having first had this document read over and explained to him declared it to be his Last Will and Testament and affixed his mark thereto in our presence who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto signed our names as witnesses.
