Will of Charles Tucker In re I Charles Tucker, Fisherman, of Port de Grave, Newfoundland, declare this to be my last Will and Testament. I give and bequeath to my two sons James Tucker and Frederick Tucker, all my real and personal estate, to be divided between them as follows:- I give and bequeath to my son James his heirs and assigns forever, the following part of my estate:-
I give and bequeath to my son Frederick his heirs and assigns forever, the following part of my estate.
I hereby appoint John Dawe (of Samuel) and Samuel Christopher to be the executors of this my will. I hereby revoke all other wills made by me at any time heretofore. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty third day of November one thousand nine hundred and twenty. CHARLES TUCKER. Signed sealed and delivered by the said Charles Tucker as for his last will & testament. In the presence of us present at the same time at his request. In his presence and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witness as to the due execution thereof. W. A. Butler. Geo Dawe. CORRECT.
