      WILLIAM F. TRELEGAN.     DECEASED.

This is the last Will and Testament of me- Wm F Trelegan, in town of St. John’s Newfoundland Mechanic.

      I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of every kind and discription the following. Policy in Foresters to my sister Mary, Land & premises on New Gower Street to my daughter, Mary Francis Malone also my Life Insurance of which she will use as donated arranged by me and appointing her sole Executrix of this my will.

      I hereby revoke all other wills made by me.

In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this 9^th day of March 1925.
