Last will and Testament of
J. C. Toussaint late of St. John's Gentleman

This is a statement of my last will similar as that page that in case that I may not have time to make my will and testament to evoyd dispute for might be left after me after my death, I desire that every things that I posess in this world in personal properties furniture gewelries movables promissory notes moneys in cash or in papers lands Houses or any other properties in world that the whole of the above mentioned as to be left intierelly to my wife Marine Mariana Cowen Toussaint she to be the sole proprietor of the whole whatever little may be left and no others to meddle with her wat so ever. Done by myself this day 22nd Mai. New York Mai the twenty segund eighteen hundred 1886 and eighty six. J. C. Toussaint .
Cash in hand in trust of A B Cohen Esq. this day deposited by me Eleven Hundred $64, 1164 dollars balance from 3 bills of exchange amounting 1550 dollars one of $650. 2 of $450 each $1550
