Will of George Torraville In re I, George Torraville, of Fogo, (North Side) in the District of Fogo, in the Dominion of Newfoundland, of sound and disposing sense and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, that is to say:- First:- I give and bequeath to William Oake, the younger,
of Fogo, North Side in the District of Fogo, Newfoundland, all my
Second:- I give, and bequeath to my grand-daughter, Gertrude Torraville, all money in my possession and on Deposit in the Bank of Nova Scotia, Fogo, at the time of my death. Third:- I appoint Arthur John Simms of Fogo, to be executor of this my will and testament, thereby revoking all former wills by me made.
