IN RE.          DECEASED

GEORGE TIZZARD

I, George Tizzard, Pennywell Road St John's Newfoundland, being of sound mind, memory and understanding do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
I give, devise, and bequeath unto my beloved wife Violet Tizzard her heirs and assigns forever all my property. The house in which I now live on Pennywell Road, all all its contents, being built on leasehold ground and having resided in the same for the past seven years. I will all my property, personal, real, and mixed of whatsoever nature or kind soever, the same shall be at the time of my death.
The above named property is willed over to my beloved wife Violet with the understanding that my funeral expenses be paid out of the proceeds of the sale of the house that now belongs to me and that I am willing to my wife Violet.
And I appoint my wife sole executrix of this my last will and testament.
In witness hereof, I, George Tizzard, the testator, have to this, my will, written on one sheet of paper set my hand and seal this 30th day of September nineteen hundred and thirty A.D.

Signed, sealed, and declared by the above named
George Tizzard, as and for his last will and testament
in the presence of us, who have hereunto subscribed our
names at his request as witnesses thereto, in the presence
of the said testator, and of each other.
