Will of Simeon Tibbo, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 321 probate year 1930

IN RE.                         DECEASED

SIMEON N. TIBBO

I, Simeon N. Tibbo of Grand Bank in the Dominion of Newfoundland, Merchant, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1. After the payment of my legal debts, funeral and testamentary expenses out of the estate, I give, devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate which I may now or hereafter be possessed of or interested in, the manner following, that is to say.
2. I give devise and bequeath to my daughters Clara and Elizabeth jointly my dwelling house with all its contents, and grounds surrounding it, including garden, stable, cattle, also the garden situated behind the last John Robert Hickman's house.
3. I give devise and bequeath to my said daughters Clara and Elizabeth all monies left at my decease in banks and in my house. I also give devise and bequeath to my daughters Clara and Elizabeth my farm down shore; also the store situated on the bank with grounds surrounding it, and the flour store thereon.
4. To my sons George E. Tibbo and S. Merrille Tibbo, I give devise and bequeath my entire business, including vessels, beaches water side premises, stock in trade, and stores (excepted that bequeathed to my daughters Clara and Elizabeth.)
5. I give, devise, and bequeath to my daughter Linda Foote my plot of land in the cove.
6. To Charlotte Ann Francis I give and bequeath my plot of land situated back of the property of the late George R. Forsey.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty fifth day of February, in the year of Our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty nine.

Tibbo the testator as and for his last will and testament, in the presence of us, both present together at the same time, and in his presence, at his request and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses to the due execution thereof
