Will of William Thorne In re This is the last will and Testament
of me William Thorne of Torbay, planter I devise and bequeath to my son
Eli Thorne the dwelling - house, I now occupy with all
my household furniture and effects, also my barn, with horse, carriage
cart slide and farming implements including ground on which said dwelling-house
and barn stand for his absolute use.
I do appoint Messrs Richard Codner, and my son - Eli Thorne of Torbay Executors of this my last will and Testament witness my hand at Torbay this twenty fifth day of March 25 A.D. 1908. William Thorne in the presence of us who in the Testator’s presence and in the presence of each other, do hereby affix our signatures at Torbay this twenty fifth day of March 25 A.D. 1908. Thomas Cole Albert Ernest Codner Certified correct, (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
