Will of Robert Thorne Senior from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 693 probate year 1892 Last will and testament of I Robert Thorne being of sound mind and memory do give and bequeath to my wife Eliza Thorne my two houses situate in Fleming St. St. John's without conditions and all the remainder of my property including furniture, nautical instruments etcetera; except two watch guards which I bequeath to my elder son Richard Thorne and a watch which I bequeath to my younger son Robert Thorne and in attestation thereof I have hereto affixed my hand and seal on this 5th day of December A.D. 1891.
