Last will and testament of
Robert Thorne of St. John's
Master Mariner deceased

I Robert Thorne being of sound mind and memory do give and bequeath to my wife Eliza Thorne my two houses situate in Fleming St. St. John's without conditions and all the remainder of my property including furniture, nautical instruments etcetera; except two watch guards which I bequeath to my elder son Richard Thorne and a watch which I bequeath to my younger son Robert Thorne and in attestation thereof I have hereto affixed my hand and seal on this 5th day of December A.D. 1891. (Sgd) Captn Robert Thorne. Signed in presence of Henry Hiscock. George King. Fred. R. Duffill
I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and testament of Robert Thorne deceased.
