In re       DECEASED.
      JOHN THOMEY.

This is the last will of me John Thomey of Harbour Grace Newfoundland tidewaiter H.M. Customs, and I revoke all former wills by me made. I bequeath all my wordly possessions to my wife Elizabeth Thomey during her lifetime, with power to sell all or any portion thereof for her maintenance. At her death all or the residue of the above property is to be divided equally between my daughters Mary Joseph Maher and Lenora Moriarty.
Should all the above mentioned members of my family predecease me, then the above mentioned property is to be equally divided between Alice Maher and John Moriarty, issue of above mentioned daughters.
I appoint Michael T. Jones draper of Harbour Grace executor of this my will.
In witness whereof I have set my hand to this my will this tenth day of July 1921.
