This is the last will and testament of me, Robert Tetford, of Harbour Grace, in the island of Newfoundland, Carpenter.

  3. After the death of my wife, or should she again marry, my dwelling house and store and the aforesaid part of my premises on which same are erected I hereby bequeath to my son James.
  4. And I nominate and appoint my son, Robert, as Executor to this my Last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof I have hereunto signed, published and declared this my Last Will and Testament at Harbour Grace aforesaid, this Third day of March Anno Domini, one thousand nine hundred and twenty two. ROBERT TETFORD

At the bottom of this will a hand-written note says "For codicil see will of Robert Tetford."
I don't know where it would be, and I don't have any more pages of volume 14 to look for it,,,, because this is where the microfilm ended.
