Will of Robert Tetford
from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 451 probate year 1929

IN RE
         ROBERT TETFORD       DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me, Robert Tetford, of Harbour Grace, in the island of Newfoundland, Carpenter.

  1. I give devise and bequeath unto my wife, for her full use and benefit whilst she remains my widow, that part of my land and premises on which my dwelling house and store are erected, and the said dwelling house and store.
  2. I also give, devise and bequeath unto my wife the full and absolute use of all my household furniture and effects whilst she remains my widow, with the express condition that none of the said household furniture and effects shall be removed from the home until the death of my wife, or if she should again marry; when, in the event of either condition, my said household furniture and effects shall be equally divided amongst all my children, or their heirs.
  3. After the death of my wife, or should she again marry, my dwelling house and store and the aforesaid part of my premises on which same are erected I hereby bequeath to my son James.
  4. And I nominate and appoint my son, Robert, as Executor to this my Last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof I have hereunto signed, published and declared this my Last Will and Testament at Harbour Grace aforesaid, this Third day of March Anno Domini, one thousand nine hundred and twenty two. ROBERT TETFORD

At the bottom of this will a hand-written note says "For codicil see will of Robert Tetford."
I don't know where it would be, and I don't have any more pages of volume 14 to look for it,,,, because this is where the microfilm ended.
