Last will and testament
of Weston G. Tessier
of Belleville Canada Gentleman Deceased
.

I, Weston Gladstone Tessier of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland, gentleman hereby, in execution of the power given me by a certain indenture dated the eighth day of November anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and eighty seven and made between myself of the first part and Charles W. H. Tessier of the second part make and ordain this my last will and testament. First. After payment of my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses I give devise and bequeath all the real and personal property of what nature or kind soever of which I shall be possessed or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my death to my executor hereinafter named to hold the same in trust to apply the income thereof and the rents issues and profits thereof to the sole and separate use of my dearly beloved mother Ann Catherine Weston Tessier during her natural life and free from the debts control and liabilities of any husband with whom she may at any time intermarry then after the death of my said mother or in case my said mother should predecease me) to the sole and separate use and behoof of Annie Caroline Marie Tessier during her natural life and free from the control debts and liabilities of any husband with whom she may at any time intermarry, then after the death of the said Ann Catherine Weston Tessier and the said Annie Caroline Maria Tessier (or in case the said Ann Catherine Weston Tessier and the said Annie Caroline Maria Tessier shall predecease me) after my own death to the sole and separate use and behoof of such children of Charles W. H. Tessier as shall be living after the death of the last person entitled hereunder (or after my own death if all the persons entitled in priority to the said children shall predecease me) share and share alike until the youngest of them or the youngest of the survivors of them shall attain the full age of twenty one years at which time I direct my said executor to distribute my estate amongst such children or the survivors of them equally. Lastly I nominate and appoint Charles W. H. Tessier of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland Merchant to be the sole executor of this my last will and testament In witness whereof I have hereunto my hand subscribed at St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland this 8th day of November A.D. 1887 Weston G. Tessier. Signed published and declared by the said Weston Gladstone Tessier as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses Herbert E. Knight Barrister at Law Chas. W. Morris Cashier.
I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and testament of Weston G. Tessier.
