I Anne Catherine Weston Tessier hereby bequeath to my dearly loved daughter Anne Caroline Maria Tessier all I possess in this world to do whatever she pleases with, my share in the Hackling Estate, my share in the Carter's Estate in St. John's and Ferryland my shares in the Union and Commercial Banks also one pair of horses. 1 Feather bed. 2 large wicker chairs, 5 small chairs, 1 Plush chair. 3 Cheefold table cloths. Japanese ornaments &c &c. witness (sgd) Catherine Hynes. (Sgd) William Williams. I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of Anne C. W. Tessier deceased Registrar (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
