JOSEPH TEMPLEMAN

The last will and testament of Joseph Templeman of James of Bonavista.
I, Joseph Templeman of Bonavista, do give, devise and bequeath to my sister Sarah Oldford, wife of Amaziah Oldford $500. to my sister Drusilla Saint wife of Wilfred Saint $500. to my widowed sister Irene McCall $1000.
I direct that my house property on Coster Street vis, my home, furniture and land be sold and the proceeds, with all moneys from other sources be invested by my executor in trust at the Bank of Nova Scotia, or any other reliable investment, for the use and maintenance of my mother Ann Templeman, and my sisters Deborah and Irene.
I give devise and bequeath to my mother, and my sisters Deborah and Irene all my right and title to the property in Bayly's Cove, vis my house barn and land in equal share, to be retained as long as necessary or to be sold by my executor and the proceeds distributed equally between the survivors.
I beg to appoint as my executor Wilfred Saint of George.
