In the event of my death suddenly or unexpectedly. This is how I would like
my property divided. Amer T & T Co shares to go to E. H. Colpitts my brother
in law if living to be disposed of as he wishes if he should die first to be
divided between my son and daughter Harold and Anna C.P.R. shares
divided between Anna and Harold C.P.R. Bonds for Anna Shares
in Saunder & Howell, Public Service, Curling rink for Hal. Property
at Carbonear left Grace and me by our Uncle Judge Penney to be Hals unless
previously sold. Money held in trust by Eastern Trust Co derived
from sale of shares in Saunder & Howell and left over after all accounts
of estate were paid amounting to something over $2000 to go to J.P. Powell & A.E.
Penney as I have always had a thought that Uncle Al meant them to have those
shares.

Ottawa Traction to go towards expenses incurred. Grace of course will share
in the proceeds of the sale of Uncle Als house when theres an opportunity to
sell
