The garden above the brook bound by Pricila Margaret Taylors on the west I leave to my son George Robert Taylor Jn. Signed George Robert x Taylor James White Nehemiah Upward. Codicil Nickey's Nose Cove January 27th 1890. I George Robert Taylor do hereby give and bequeath to my wife Mrs. Jane Eliza Taylor for her use during her lifetime all my house furniture cattle land stage and fishing apparatus to be divided at her decease among my step sons Charles Bartlett John Robert Bartlett and Jesse William Bartlett in equal shares George Robert his x mark Taylor Signed in our presence this 27th day of January 1890 John B. Manning George R. X Bartlett. Nickeys Nose Cove January 27th 1890 I Geroge Robert Taylor Senr. do hereby appoint Wm J. Eaton Esq J. P.
