IN RE. DECEASED
Elizabeth Taylor.
This is the last Will and Testament of me, Elizabeth Taylor of Carbonear in the Island of Newfoundland.
I will devise and bequeath to my brother Herbert James Taylor House No 54 Springdale Street, St John's, now occupied by him, together with the land on which it stands and the land used as a site thereof, also the furniture belonging to me in the said dwelling
I will devise and bequeath to my brother Frank Taylor House #56 Springdale Street, St John's, together with the land on which it stands and the land used as a site thereof.
I will devise and bequeath to my brother Frank Taylor all furniture belonging to me which is now in the house in which I live.
I will devise and bequeath to my brother Frank Taylor all my shares in the Public Service Electric Co of Carbonear, Newfld.
I will devise and bequeath to my sister Jessie Pike, the sum of two hundred dollars.
I will devise and bequeath to my sister Minnie Noel the sum of two hundred dollars.
I will that my funeral expenses and a suitable monument be erected out of the proceeds of my Life Insurance.
I will devise and bequeath to my sister in law Millie Taylor the remainder of the proceeds of my Life Insurance.
I will devise and bequeath to my brother Frank Taylor all the remaining residue of my estate and I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my brother Frank Taylor, Executor to this my last Will and Testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty sixth day of May in the year of Our Lord Nineteen hundred and Thirty.

Signed by the said Elizabeth Taylor the Testatrix in the presence of us present at the same time who in her presence and the presence of each other subscribed our names as witnesses.
