THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me Patrick Tarehin of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland. Gentlemen, First I direct that all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses and death duties be first paid out of my estate.
Second. I give and bequeath all my property of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate to Miss Mary J. Flannagan who is at present keeping house for me.
Third. I appoint Mr J. Alexander Winter of St John's, Sole Executor of this my last will and testament.
Dated at St John's this 30^th day of March 1922.
