Will of John Summers In re This is the last will and Testament of me John Summers of St. John’s Butcher I bequeath to my daughter Kitty my half interest in the house I now occupy and also my half interest in the property on Lazy Bank. I also leave to her my house-hold furniture I leave to my nephew Patrick one-half of my half interest in the property known as the “Commons” and to my nephew Jack son of Pat. the remaining one-half of my half interest in the said property known as the “Commons” To my brother Pat I leave my gold watch and chain and my walking stick To my daughter Kitty I leave the rest residue and remainder of my Estate I appoint John P Scott my Executor John Summers Signed Published and Declared by the Testator as and for his last will & Testament in the presence of us who in the presence of the Testator have hereto subscribed our names as witnesses this 15th of May 1908 P.
