Will of Lawrence Sullivan In re The last will and testament of me
Lawrence Sullivan of Caplin Bay. I revoke all other wills
by me heretofore made. I direct all my debts funeral and
testamentary expenses as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. I appoint my sons Richard & Martin executors
of this my will. I give devise and bequeath to my son Joseph the land & building
thereon on the East side of the River at Stone Island; to my son Martin the
land next to that, on the south side of Stone Island, of one Wade; to my sons
Martin & Joseph as tenants in common the land between the Pond and the main road; to my sons
John & Richard as tenants in common the land opposite the land last mentioned
and situated between the sea & the main road. I also give devise & bequeath the dwelling house which I now occupy and
the kitchen garden & the meadow to my wife for her life and after her death
to my daughter Kate Sullivan and to my son Joseph also any land on the North
side of Caplin Bay which he may have cleared at the time of my death. (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
