STEPHEN STREET

The last will and testament of Stephen Street fisherman of Spillars Cove I Stephen Street fisherman of Spillars Cove do give devise and bequeath to my wife Martha Jane Street all monies in my house, or in our joint names in the Bank of Nova Scotia at the time of my death.
I give devise and bequeath to my wife Martha Jane Street my winter house with all the contents furniture and fittings for her use and enjoyment as long as she lives.
I give devise and bequeath to my son William any part of my money that may be left at the time of my wife's death after the cost of a headstone for my wife is taken from it and my winter house and whatever remains in it.
I give devise and bequeath to my son William all my land, steres, stable my fishing room and everything connected with it, and my dwelling house at Cape Largent Cove in his own right, except the North East End of my Spillars Cove Road garden, which I give and bequeath to my grandson William Ryder of Stewart of Lanes Cove and which has been used by the Ryders for the last three years past.
