Will of Susan Stone, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 60 probate year 1929

IN RE.                     DECEASED

SUSAN STONE

The Last Will and Testament of Susan Stone of Belleorem Fortune Bay, made this fifth day of October A.D. 1928.
I Susan Stone of Belleorem Fortune Bay Newfoundland, being of sound mind and memory and having all my faculties intact do hereby make my last will and testament thereby revoking and annulling all or any previous will that that have been made by me. I give and bequeath to my son Alexander Stone all my real estate property situate at Belleorem and consisting of dwelling house and land on which it stands. The Garden by the said dwelling house together with house furniture and utensils.
It is my desire that the sum of $55.00 which is now in the Bank of Commerce in Charles Poole name in trust is to be spent by him for my funeral expenses or any other expenses which may be incurred in connection with my death.
I give devise and bequeath to Mrs Harold Baker two of my coats together one feather bead and rocking chair.
I give devise and bequeath to my sister Julia Drake wife of Stephen Drake at Little Bay West all of my clothing.
It is my desire that Mrs John Thomas Hardimen is to have the use of the Brook in the Garden by the house as long as she lives there.
It is also my desire should any moneys come along for me that Charles Poole is to take control of it for the use purpose of erecting a Head Stone & expenses connected there-with the remaining cheques and moneys to be handed over to my son Alexander.
I hereby appoint Chas Poole to be sole executer of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set signed my name this fifth day of October in the year of Our Lord 1928.
