Will of James St. Croix from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 150 probate year 1927 In re This is the last Will and Testament of me James St Croix of the Drook in the Dist of Pl & St Mary's Nfld I will and bequeath all the property real and personal I possess to my daughter Mrs Silas Perry of Daley's Cove Dist of Plac & St Mary's Nfld. Signed by the testator this 4th day of January 1922.
Signed in the presence of us who at the same time and in his presence and in
the presence of each other have signed our names as witnesses who have also
read the above to him.
