Will of Terence Stafford of St. John's
Gentleman deceased

This is the last will and Testament of me Terence Stafford of Saint Johns in the Island of Newfoundland Gentleman. I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be first paid out of my estate. I give devise and bequeath all property of every description both real and personal of which I may die possessed to Elizabeth O'Flaherty of Saint John's widow and Margaret Gorman of Miller's Passage, Fortune Bay wife of James Gorman to be equally divided between them share and share alike. I appoint the said Elizabeth O'Flaherty to be the sole executrix of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand at Saint John's aforesaid this 11^th day of December Anno Domini One thousand nine hundred and one (sgn) Terrence Stafford. Signed published and declared by the said Testator as his last will and Testament in the presence of us both being present at the same time, who in his presence, at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses, (sgn) Charles H. Emerson      (sgn) Andrew Connors.
