Will of James Squibb from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 424 probate year 1929

In re       DECEASED.
      JAMES SQUIBB.

I, James Squibb, Fisherman, of Carbonear, Newfoundland on this ninth day of January 1929 of sound mind and good understanding, and declare this to be my last will and testament.
I give and bequeath to my son John all that I may die possessed of, my money house, household effects land and other property.
Should my daughter Ethel at any time require a portion of the land it is my wish that my son John give it her, just as much or little as he wishes, also should Ethel require any money it is my wish that he giver her the sum of one hundred dollars.
I appoint my son John Robert executor of this my last will and testament
I hereby revoke all former wills & codicils.
Signed by the testator as       JAMES SQUIBB.
for his last will & testament, in our presence & in the presence of each other, who at his request and in his presence, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses, this ninth day of January 1929.
