Will of William Sparkes In re THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me William Sparkes of St. John’s In the Island of Newfoundland, Street-Railway-Man. FIRST. I hereby revoke all testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me. SECOND I direct that all my debts funeral and testamentary expenses and death duties be paid out of my estate. THIRD. I give devise and bequeath all my property to
Thomas M. Warfield of St. John’s Grocer, in
trust FOURTH. I appoint Thomas M. Warfield of St. John’s my sole executor. IN WITNESS WHEREOF: I the said William Sparkes have hereunto my hand subscribed this 25th day of August, Anno Domini, One thousand nine hundred and twenty-three. WILLIAM SPARKES. SIGNED by the said Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us both being present at the same time who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
