IN RE. DECEASED
SUSANNA SNOW
This is the last will and testament of me Susannah Snow of St John's in the Island of Newfoundland wife of J. Charles Snow.
First, I revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions by me at anytime made and I appoint my husband J. Charles Snow the Executor of this my will.
Second, I give devise and bequeath all my property of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate to my daughter Gwendolyn Peyton at present residing in Truro in the Province of Nova Scotia, in the Dominion of Canada, for her absolute use and benefit for ever.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand this 8th day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirty.
SUSANNA SNOW.
Signed by the testatrix as and for her last
will and testament in our presence who in
her presence and in the presence of each other
have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
