Will of William Thomas Smith In re This is the last Will and Testament of me William Thomas Smith of Manuels Conception Bay, Newfoundland. I give and bequeath to my son Edward Smith all the land and gardens within fences surrounding his house in which I am living with him. My bed three pillows three chairs, one table one looking glass I give to my grandson Edward Thomas Smith. My bedcover I give to Maria the wife of my son Edward Smith I give Three Rummers Also to the said Maria my daughter-in-law, My bedclothes I leave for the use of my son Edward’s house. My Marsh Land, bounded by John Smiths land on the East John Smiths land on the South and on the West The front by the beach, I leave to my son Edward Smith for his own use and benefit All of my best wearing apparel I leave to my grandson Alan Smith. All of my clothes of inferior quality I leave to my daughter-in-law Fanny the wife of my son Albert Smith for her boys - And I hereby appoint my son Edward Smith Executor of this my Will. In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand this tenth day of June one thousand nine hundred and twenty four.
