Last Will and Testament of
Phoebe Smith of Topsail
Widow deceased.

      This is the last will and Testament of me Phebe Smith of Topsail in the District of Harbor Main. I hereby give devise and bequeath unto my son William B. Smith to his heirs Executors and assigns absolutely and for ever my dwelling house, outhouses and lands and all my real and personal estate whatsoever & wheresoever.
And I appoint the said William B. Smith sole executor of this my last Will and Testament, and hereby revoke all previous wills by me at any time heretofore made. In witness whereof I hereto set my hand on this second day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety four. (Sgd) Phebe Smith her x mark Signed by the above Phebe Smith in our presence who in her presence and in the presence of each other subscribe our names as witnesses (sgd) John Reay. (Sgd) Robert Cheaytor.
