      Last will and Testament of Mary Smith    In the name of God Amen     I Mary Smith, wife of Patrick Smith, being in sound mind in the event of my death, do hereby bequeath to my husband the said Patrick Smith all the monies in my name in the Bank of Montreal and also in the Newfoundland Savings Bank    Dated at St. John’s N.F. on the 3^rd of Feb. 1909     Mary Smith    We certify that the testatrix signed above will after having read it over in our presence.
