Will of Ephraim C. Small In re Burgeo N.F. April 18. 1895. I Ephraim C. Small of Burgeo N.F. do make this my will and testament and bequeath unto my loving wife Harriet all I should be possessed of at the time of my death I do appoint my eldest son Joseph H. Small and my brother Joseph Small to be my executors of this my will and testament. In witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this eighteenth day of April one thousand eight hundred and ninty five Ephraim C. Small (LS) Signed sealed declared and acknowledged by the above testator to be his will and testament and we at his request subscribe as witnesses John C. Cunningham (LS) Hannah Small (LS) (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
