      SARAH ANN SMALE.

THIS is the last will and testament of me Sarah Ann Smale of Saint John's in the island of Newfoundland widow.
1. I give devise and bequeath all my lands moneys property estate and effects of every description to my daughter Lilian G. Percival wife of William E. Percival of St. John's Auctioneer for ever and absolutely.
2. I appoint the said Lilian G. Percival executrix of this my will.
WITNESS my hand at Saint John's aforesaid this sixth day of October Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and twenty five.

SIGNED PUBLISHED AND DECLARED by the said testatrix as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other (all present at the same time) have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
